1958 10th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights Issue

Issued to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which is a historic document that was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948. The Declaration affirms an individual's rights which, although not legally binding in themselves, have been elaborated in subsequent international treaties, economic transfers, regional human rights instruments, national constitutions, and other laws.[1]
