1904 Surcharges

Due to a shortage of 1c and 2c stamps prior to Liberia receiving new 1c and 2c stamps in 1905, the 1893 5c surcharged stamps where surcharged down to 1c, the 1892 4c and the 30c stamps were surcharged down to 2c,

Printed on stamp with doubled official

The surcharge is printed on stamp that had a doubled "Official" overprint.
